Fire Brigade of Cats

Fire Brigade of Cats arrives on PS4 on May 25th, and from the looks of this one, it's going to be very well put together. The game is a stylish co-op shooting adventure set in the cats' love story. And from what we've seen of the gameplay, it seems like there is a lot of strategy involved.

The most impressive thing about Fire Brigade of Cats is how it actually uses the PS4's unique features. The DualShock 4's rumble is also used in some special sequences, and it seems to work quite well, which is good to hear as it's possible to beat up enemies with their sword.

A fun little gimmick is the whole thing being able to take on a giant cat with a broomstick, which is going to be very interesting for fans of the franchise. Of course, this might just be a gimmick that would be completely unrealistic, and would make the game a bit more difficult to pick up and play, but it's good that it's coming out, and it looks very good, which makes it quite impressive.

Fire Brigade of Cats is a co-op game that's perfect for younger kids.

The first of three games that I'm going to try out, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is one of the best open-world RPGs to come out in the last decade. It's a huge game with a lot to do — not just in terms of side quests, but story as well. And it does so without a story. The thing that makes The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt special is the way in which the story unfolds, and how it changes depending on the choices made throughout the game. If you want to become the next Geralt, you can, and you can. You don't have to choose between the two. You can become a Witcher, which will eventually morph into a woman, and you can play her as you wish.

Both games are also beautiful, and while they have their flaws, the story is fantastic — the plot is pretty emotional, the characters are quite likable, and it's fun to come and go. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is on sale for just $49.99 right now.

Here's a game that has held a place in my heart for so long that it's difficult to recommend to the masses. I know it has a few critics, but it's been 13 years now. A good chunk of my life, as I've been going through the years with Divinity, is not over. I have seen the feedback, I've seen the awards, and I think I'll find the game time and time again. Divinity: Original Sin is the new benchmark that fantasy RPGs are seeking to reach, and it definitely is on my list for the best game of the decade. Now if only it would be cheaper to own a copy of the game.

The best strategy is always to wait. That's why I've got a list of five recommendations to go along with it, some of which are cheap on Steam and others that are selling for less than $10. Let's be honest, if you want to own Divinity: Original Sin, you'll have to shell out $15 for the Tactics Ogre or Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn or the Terrain Assault expansion.

One of the great things about Dungeons and Dragons is that you can virtually make your own game without paying anything for it. That's great if you've got a fan base, but if you've got a bit more to scratch, then maybe you've already done some digging. There's no question that a great video game has seen a revival in the last few years, but I don't think it's enough to justify a rerelease.

But wait! Yes, it does look pretty awesome. It's also pretty free, and if you're interested in anything Dungeons and Dragons has ever done before, you can try it out.

Probably my favorite classic, so far, but in a big way, is Curse of Strahd. It has some of the most interesting characters that I've seen in any video game, and the gameplay is absolutely incredible. The Dungeons & Dragons game has always been about adventure, but the gameplay is certainly interesting.

Yes, it's a bit clunky and lacks the depth that I'm looking for from a game that's been around for a decade now, but then it makes up for it in the combat, which is really fun. The old school vibe that Dungeons & Dragons fans will appreciate is great.

If you are a D&D fan, and you're not a fan of the old school, it's always nice to see newer, faster games. But, I think Curse of Strahd is going to give you the most fun of both worlds.

Dungeons & Dragons: Curse of Strahd is not a D&D 5e experience, but it does have some unique elements, and it's also more of a Roguelike than a D&D game.
