    Champions of Anteria is a long-awaited title by Square Enix that is set for release in Japan by the end of this month. The game will be an RPG on the PlayStation, with a graphical makeover as well.Champions of Anteria features three playable races: elf, monk, and the wizards. As you may be aware, the game will contain secret levels that can be accessed by the computer. Although the standard game of single-player questing will be included, the designers have gone to great lengths to include items that have not been previously available in the game. Players will be able to undertake special quests based on their favorite heroes, such as finding the Staff of the Ice King and defeating the Ice King. There are also eight more hero types.

    Chasing Dead, Sierra Studios' third-person survival horror, is set to launch in Q4 2004. Set in the Canadian jungle, the game follows the story of two unlikely characters in their struggle to survive the night. From Sierra's announcement last week, the company said Chasing Dead will be an "open-ended, action-packed, survival horror game." However, Sierra has since been cagey about the game's plot, saying only that the game will be set in the midst of a cataclysmic earthquake.

From what we've seen so far, it seems that the game will take place in a new world that was only shown briefly at the Electronic Entertainment Expo.
